Manufacturing defects
We will only replace an item if it exhibits a manufacturing defect. To expedite the process, please include clear images or videos of the defect in your email. We will promptly review your submission and contact you to discuss a resolution. Here are some of the manufacturing defects that might occur :
Printing Issues
- Misalignment: The print is not aligned correctly on the garment, appearing crooked or off-center.
- Cracking or Fissuring: The ink cracks or fissures, especially in areas of high stress or movement.
- Color Variations: Inconsistent color within the print itself or between different garments with the same print.
- Fading: The print loses color or vibrancy prematurely.
- Bleeding: The ink bleeds into the surrounding fabric, creating a blurred or distorted appearance.
- Smearing: The ink smears or smudges during the printing or handling process.
- Missing or Incomplete Print: Portions of the design are missing or incomplete.
Fabric Related
- Pilling: Small balls of fabric forming on the surface, often due to low-quality fibers or improper spinning.
- Uneven Dyeing: Inconsistent color distribution, resulting in blotches or streaks.
- Fabric Defects: Holes, tears, snags, or loose threads in the fabric itself.
- Shrinkage: The sweatshirt shrinks significantly after washing.
- Color Bleeding: Dye from the sweatshirt bleeds onto other garments during washing.
Construction Issues
- Poor Stitching: Loose threads, skipped stitches, uneven seams, or broken seams.
- Incorrect Sizing: Inaccurate measurements leading to ill-fitting garments.
- Misaligned Seams: Seams that are not straight or properly aligned.
- Puckering: Wrinkling or gathering of the fabric around seams.
- Open Seams: Seams that have come apart or are not properly secured.
Hardware Issues
- Faulty Zippers: Zippers that are stuck, broken, or misaligned.
- Loose Buttons or Snaps: Buttons that fall off easily or snaps that don’t fasten securely.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, if you receive a damaged product or notice a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence. We will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.
